Live music back as Florida moves to Phase 2; bars, theaters, and tattoos

Gov. Ron DeSantis is greenlighting businesses in Florida as Phase 2 reopenings begin. The indie music sector will welcome the opening of bars and pubs, but the venues must stay at 50 percent of capacity for areas inside. DeSantis made the announcement on June 3 at Universal Orlando. Red’s Wine Bar—another reason Clay County should be called ‘Musicville’

Saturday evening Rebecca had planned a rare weekend night off. Her husband Joshua had received an award at work, and she thought we had a great opportunity to celebrate that and take in some music together. So we headed out to Green Cove Springs to a place we’d heard about but hadn’t had a chance to visit—Red’s Wine Bar in Green Cove Springs.
