At least one legacy newspaper scribe ended up apologizing for calling the case a “local issue.” When I learned multi-award-winning actor Nick Searcy was involved in an effort to get a film made about America’s “biggest serial killer,” I knew I’d want to see it. What I learned continues to disturb me. Certain critics also disturb me—I wonder if some who opined even watched Gosnell: The Trial of America’s Biggest Serial Killer.
