Gov. Ron DeSantis is greenlighting businesses in Florida as Phase 2 reopenings begin. The indie music sector will welcome the opening of bars and pubs, but the venues must stay at 50 percent of capacity for areas inside. DeSantis made the announcement on June 3 at Universal Orlando.
