The Coronavirus may still be suppressing our normal lives, but the good news is live music still lives in Jacksonville. There are plenty of options for hearing music stream directly to the comfort of your backyard or family room, or for heading out to grab a cold one and listen in person.
Music starts on Thursday, July 2 and goes right through the weekend. Gov. Ron DeSantis is greenlighting businesses in Florida as Phase 2 reopenings begin. The indie music sector will welcome the opening of bars and pubs, but the venues must stay at 50 percent of capacity for areas inside. DeSantis made the announcement on June 3 at Universal Orlando.
