Jenn Bostic isn’t a household name in the US. Yet. She should be.
Once you hear her voice, you don’t forget it. Bostic has a solid supporter network, and she’s earned radio play and media attention, including lots of it in the United Kingdom where she’s about to tour.
She set up an online show scheduled for Sunday, February 23. There are only 32 tickets left as this column is being published.
If you explore her music, you’ll see why. In addition to that unique voice she manages to have a personal connection to more than 50,000 supporters across social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter.
You can get tickets for the show online at Stageit. Ticketholders can also chat with each other after the show begins.
Bostic has her own label, and she’s created an impressive body of music. I’ve written about her before, and her song “Love You” remains one of my all-time favorites. It’s on my set list here at Indie Art South and on my set list at Spotify.
Bostic is doing things her way, and thus far, it seems to be paying off in terms of connecting to people who love her music. We wish her great success with the online show and the UK tour.
